From the late 1920s, Tymsk village was a place of exile for the clergy, among others. Those who died were buried in various parts of the village graveyard. A full list of those interred there is lacking; only a few names are known. Kornily (Sobolev), Archbishop of Sverdlovsk, died in exile in 1933 and was buried in the Tymsk village graveyard.
In 2006 a wooden cross was placed there bearing a board that reads: “May the innocent souls who were laid to rest here during the godless years be remembered forever. Missionaries of the Tomsk diocese of the Russian Orthodox Church”.
